DSA, contact and moderation

The contact point for users, authorities and the European Commission in connection with the Digital Services Act is adrastea GmbH & Co. KG. Email: info@playtesting.de. Communication is possible in German and English.

Specific content can be reported through Report content. The notice route is available without an account.

How we process notices

1. We acknowledge electronically submitted notices when a contact address is provided.
2. We review the identified content, the facts provided and the relevant law or contractual rules.
3. Depending on the result, content remains unchanged or is restricted, hidden, removed or escalated to the competent authorities.
4. Where contact is possible and notice is legally permitted, reporting and affected persons receive a reasoned decision and a review route.

Automated assistance

Files may be checked automatically for type, signature and malware. Technical filters also assist with spam and abuse signals. A content moderation decision producing significant effects is not made solely by automation; the responsible person records whether technical assistance was used.

Review and emergencies

A review can be requested by sending the case reference to info@playtesting.de. Immediate threats to people or suspected criminal offences should also be reported directly to the competent emergency or law-enforcement service.
