Participate safely and fairly

Rules and guidelines

These rules protect test access, confidential content and respectful exchange between testers, creators and product teams.

Use keys responsibly

Keys are purpose-bound. Abuse, sale, unauthorised sharing or repeated claims can lead to exclusion.

Feedback should be actionable

Summary, bugs, repro steps and constructive notes help developers far more than one-liners.

Rights to uploads

Upload only games, files and media that you are authorised to publish and provide for the relevant test.

Respect confidentiality

Follow the test and confidentiality terms shown on the game page. Do not publish restricted builds, keys or internal material.

Share usable feedback

By submitting feedback, you allow the relevant product team to use it to evaluate, fix and improve the tested product. This does not transfer rights in third-party material.

Report creator publications

If you receive a creator key, add published streams, videos or VODs to the portal.

Report security issues privately

Do not publish exploitable security details, personal data or another person’s credentials. Report such findings privately to the product team or portal moderation.

Prohibited content

Illegal content, malware, fraud, spam, threats, harassment, hateful attacks, sexual exploitation, harmful content and infringements of copyright, trade marks, privacy or personality rights are prohibited.

Reasoned moderation

Depending on severity, content may remain unchanged, be restricted, hidden or removed, and accounts may be limited. Decisions consider context, reach, repetition and potential harm.

Technical checks

File, malware, spam and abuse checks may provide automated assistance. Significant content moderation decisions are not made solely by automation.
