Founder and Supporter offer terms

What you purchase

You purchase a digital Founder/Supporter edition with the already available benefits expressly described in the offer and immediately before ordering. The agreed total price pays for this edition. It is a separate optional offer alongside the classic Pro full version, which remains available free of charge. The purchase price is not a donation, equity interest, investment, preorder of an unspecified game or payment held in trust for a particular purpose.

Versions included by package tier

The Supporter package includes Championship Soccer 2026 in Early Access and expressly does not include Championship Soccer 2027. From the Founder package tier upward, Championship Soccer 2026 in Early Access and account-bound access to Championship Soccer 2027 are included if and when version 2027 is released; no additional purchase is required for it. This promises neither a particular release date for version 2027 nor any later edition from 2028 onward. The package tier shown immediately before ordering and the order confirmation are also authoritative.

Contract formation and required information

Immediately before an order is submitted, the seller, essential characteristics of the edition, total price including taxes, payment terms, time of supply, any applicable duration and technical requirements are clearly highlighted. Payment is handled through Stripe and Link. Where the specific checkout identifies Link as Merchant of Record, Link performs the stated tasks concerning payment, receipts, indirect taxes, refunds and payment disputes. The details shown before the clearly payment-obligating order and in the confirmation are authoritative and are provided on a durable medium.

Future Points and priorities

Future Points are an additional, non-binding prioritization feature of the edition. Every full euro of the confirmed qualifying purchase price creates one Future Point. A weighted automatic distribution can be changed completely by hand or restored at any time. Points on packages and individual wishes do not create a claim to implementation, timing, scope or use of a particular amount of money. They are not transferable, redeemable, tradable or usable to purchase other products and have no independent cash value. The product team may change, combine, pause or reject goals for legal, commercial or quality reasons.

Funding framework and Future Points

Confirmed purchase prices count only toward the transparently stated overall funding framework. Every confirmed full euro creates one Future Point as non-binding prioritization weight; it does not reserve money for a package or individual wish and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. A high point total is not a promise that or when a goal will be delivered. The specific offer, order confirmation and legal, commercial and quality requirements remain decisive.

Proposals, feedback and showcases

You may submit only content and links for which you hold the necessary rights. Your content remains attributed to you. You grant the product team a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to review, reproduce internally, adapt and implement proposals and feedback in whole or in part. Public display occurs only under the stated approval and visibility rules. No confidentiality or payment obligation arises without a separate agreement.

Build access and account security

The scope and duration of account-bound access follow the offer and order confirmation for the stated products, platforms, editions and release channels. Credentials and keys may not be sold, shared or used to circumvent technical protection. Measures after a reversal or misuse are governed by the contract and law; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Expressly stated time limits and confidentiality rules may apply to preview builds.

Updates and modifications

Statutory requirements apply to required functional and security updates during the relevant supply period. You will be informed about such updates and the consequences of failing to install them. Additional future builds or new features are owed only if expressly promised in the specific offer. Adverse changes to a continuously supplied digital product are communicated as required by law.

Badges and visibility

Badges are digital achievements with no cash value. They are initially stored privately. Public profile display occurs only after the feature is publicly released and you select the relevant visibility. An achievement may be adjusted or revoked after a refund, abuse or an erroneous grant.

Consumer rights and digital content

Statutory conformity, information and withdrawal rights remain unaffected. Before a paid order, the seller, total price, scope, duration, technical requirements and the legally required declarations for a requested immediate start of digital performance are shown separately. Consent to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost when performance begins are confirmed separately and supplied with the contract content on a durable medium. The checkout and order confirmation are authoritative.

Submit a withdrawal

Where a right of withdrawal exists, you can submit your declaration through the electronic withdrawal function. You immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt containing the declaration, date and time at the email address supplied. The function does not automatically decide legal effectiveness or a refund; each declaration is reviewed against the specific contract. Other legally permitted ways to withdraw remain unaffected.

Refunds and corrections

Refunds, chargebacks or later corrections may reduce or revoke the prioritization scope derived from the affected purchase, package status, and purchase-dependent badges and build entitlements. Existing goal assignments are adjusted traceably. This creates neither a negative account value nor an additional payment obligation; statutory rights remain unaffected.

Payment data and privacy

Payment and billing details are entered directly on the checkout page provided by Stripe. playtesting.de stores only the references and status data required for matching, entitlements, evidence, support, refunds, chargebacks, fraud prevention and legal obligations; full card, bank or Link login details are not stored in the portal.
